After relocating in the wake of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, these homeowners longed to put down new roots and create a place of peace. Their vision was a landscape alive with butterflies, birds, and bees—a sanctuary where their daughter, dogs, cat, and even their chickens could explore, wander, and grow alongside nature.
Every space was designed to encourage a slower rhythm of life, with inviting seating areas tucked throughout the garden, room for the chickens to forage, and a layered palette of Florida native and Florida-Friendly plants. The result is an outdoor retreat that nurtures both people and wildlife—a place to gather with loved ones, reconnect with the natural world, and begin a new chapter surrounded by beauty and life.
