The Madison, St. Pete | Tuscan Oasis

The design blends the organic and rustic ambiance of Tuscany with the vibrant brightness of Florida natives, resulting in a cozy, natural, and inviting Mediterranean atmosphere.

Teak and wrought iron finishes carry forward a traditional feel with an updated palette of muted neutrals and added clean lines.

The surroundings feature abundant Florida palms intermingled with olive, rosemary, lavender, and jasmine.

At the heart of the space, a lively blue fountain adorned with old-world Malibu tiles becomes a focal point.

The combination of soothing blues and terracotta clay contributes to the creation of a harmonious, stylish, and serene environment.

The Brief

This project was an incredible undertaking and offered many teams to make it all come together.

Interior Designer Kate Sparks and I had the pleasure of collaborating on it together.

Reduce weight and update the design to a more sophisticated style while maintaining a lush appearance.

    Feb 2023 | When we were approved to design the space, this is where the project stood.

  • Moodboard - Tuscan Oasis

    March 2023 | After discussing the client's desired outcome with them, Kate and I collaborated to develop a "Tuscan Oasis" theme to align the project with the their vision.

    August 2023 | Exterior textile samples curated by Interior Designer Kate Sparks to complement the Tuscan Oasis theme.

  • 3D Plant imagery

    August 2023 | To provide a realistic preview of the final plant design, we included 3D renderings of the layout.

    Nov 2023 | Tile samples for the water fountain selected by Kate Sparks, chosen to complement the original mosaics of the courtyard.
